High Speed Blown Film Machine MF-C
For factories that already sell in volume and need wide film: up to 2,500 mm folding width and up to 220 kg per hour. Screws from 75 to 120 mm.
Voltage and frequency built for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V · 50 or 60 Hz.

Wide film, in volume
The MF-C is our single-layer series for large production. With 75 to 120 mm screws it makes 100 to 220 kg of film per hour, and the bubble lays flat at up to 1,500, 2,000, 2,200 or 2,500 mm depending on the model.
Wide film is used for large bags and garbage bags, and can also be slit lengthwise to feed several bag machines at once. It runs LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE.

A wide-film blown film machine in our plant
Filmed in our plant on a wide-film single-layer blown film machine. In 14 seconds:
- Film coming down from the top of the tower
- The bubble rising through the cage above the die
- Film winding onto rolls at the winder
Why choose the MF-C
Up to 220 kg per hour
Four stepped models: 100, 150, 190 and 220 kg/h. Move up a model as your plant’s film consumption grows.
Film up to 2,500 mm
Maximum folding width of 1,500 to 2,500 mm, with 0.01 to 0.10 mm single-sided thickness.
30:1 L/D screw
All four models use a 30:1 length-to-diameter ratio, with screw speed from 10 to 100 r/min.
Optional equipment
Rotary die, double winder, automatic roller change, corona treatment, screen changer, automatic loader and PLC-controlled electronic scale.

Check your building
The MF-C is a tall, heavy machine: from 6.5 m high on the MF-C75 to 10 m on the MF-C120, and from 5 to 12 tonnes. Check your ceiling height and installed power (46 to 95 kW) before choosing a model.
Send us your building dimensions and we will confirm which model fits. Want to see the machine in production? Ask Mike Lin for a video on WhatsApp.
Which MF-C model do you need?
Choose by the output you need and the maximum film width:
The first step into high volume. If your output is lower or your film narrower, compare with the SJ-A series.
For plants that already feed several bag machines from the same extruder.
For continuous production of wide film. These are the tallest models (9.5 and 10 m): check your ceiling height.

Questions about the MF-C
What is the difference between the MF-C and the SJ-A?
Both make single-layer film. The SJ-A makes 60 to 100 kg/h with film up to 1,000 mm; the MF-C makes 100 to 220 kg/h with folding width up to 2,500 mm.
What is folding width?
It is the width of the bubble once flattened, in two layers. If the film is opened or slit lengthwise the usable width changes; tell us what you will make and we will help with the size.
How much does a high speed blown film machine cost?
It depends on the model and the optional equipment. The four MF-C models go from a 75 mm screw and 100 kg/h (MF-C75) to a 120 mm screw and 220 kg/h (MF-C120), and options such as a rotary die, double winder or corona treatment add to the price. Tell us the output and film width you need and your voltage, and we send you a quotation within 24 hours.
What are the most common problems in blown film extrusion?
Bubble instability, uneven thickness, wrinkles at the winder, gels and black specks are the usual ones. Many of them disappear once you rule out air drafts, wet or dirty resin and leftover material, before you touch the die. Our blown film troubleshooting guide gives the cause and the first check for each one.
What is the HS code for a blown film machine?
Blown film machines are usually classified under HS subheading 8477.20, extruders for working plastics. The full tariff code varies by country, so confirm it with your customs broker before you import.
Does the machine run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the model and configuration; we confirm it when you place the order.

- Film
The MF-C makes wide film, up to 2,500 mm folding width, at 100 to 220 kg/h.
- Bags
Wide film runs on the YB400 for garbage bags on roll and the MF-B for wide flat bags, or is slit lengthwise to feed several bag machines at once.
- Recycling
Trim and rejected bags go to a single-stage or two-stage pelletizer and return to the extruder as pellets.
