Your own film, in a small space
Many bag factories start by buying film on the roll. As volume grows, making it in-house gives them control over thickness, colour and lead times. The mini machine is the smallest step to do that.
At 5 m long and 4 m high, it fits where a large blown film line does not. It runs HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE film up to 380 mm (YB-500) or 580 mm (YB-700) wide.

Questions about the mini machine
YB-500 or YB-700?
It depends on the width of your bags. The YB-500 makes film up to 380 mm at 40 kg/h; the YB-700, up to 580 mm at 50 kg/h. If you need more than 580 mm, see the SJ-A series.
Is it enough to supply one bag machine?
It depends on the speed of the bag machine and the weight of your bags. Tell us which bag you make and how many per day, and we will work out whether the mini machine is enough or a larger model is better.
How much does a mini blown film machine cost?
It depends on the model and the configuration: the YB-500 makes film up to 380 mm at 40 kg/h and the YB-700 up to 580 mm at 50 kg/h. Tell us the width of your film and your voltage, and we send you a quotation within 24 hours.
What is blown film extrusion?
It is how polyethylene film for bags is made. The extruder melts the resin and pushes it through a circular die; air inflates it into a bubble, which cools, is flattened between rollers and is wound into a roll. See how plastic bags are made for the whole process, from resin to finished bag.
