T-Shirt Bag Making Machine MFHQB, 2 Lines
Makes two T-shirt bags per cycle, up to 350 bags per minute on each line. Built for factories that supply supermarkets, markets and shops with thin polyethylene bags.
Voltage and frequency built for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V · 50 or 60 Hz.

A 2 line heat sealing T-shirt bag making machine
The MFHQB is built for the bag with cut-out handles used in supermarkets, markets and corner shops: thin, unprinted polyethylene bags, two at a time.
It also runs pre-printed film: printing is done beforehand on the film, and the machine seals and cuts the bag with your logo or brand.

Why choose the MFHQB
Two lines, twice the bags
Two lines run in parallel: every cycle produces two bags, up to 350 per minute on each line.
High-speed servo system
The servo system keeps sealing pressure constant while the machine runs at high speed. Working parameters are set on a touch screen.
For thin bags
Runs film from 0.008 to 0.035 mm, the range of supermarket and market bags.
Built for your power grid
We configure voltage and frequency for your country (220, 380 or 440 V; 50 or 60 Hz).

Questions about the MFHQB
What material can I use?
Polyethylene (PE) film from 0.008 to 0.035 mm thick. If you want to run another material, send us a sample or the data sheet and we will confirm.
How much does a T-shirt bag making machine cost?
It depends on the model (400×2 or 450×2) and the configuration. Tell us the size and thickness of your bags, how many you sell per day and your voltage, and we send you a quotation within 24 hours.
How thick are the bags it makes?
The MFHQB runs film from 0.008 to 0.035 mm per wall, about 0.3 to 1.4 mil: the range of thin supermarket and market bags. See our plastic bag thickness chart to convert mil, micron and gauge.
Does the machine run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz. Mention it when you ask for a quote.
What else do I need besides the machine?

Thin HDPE film from 0.008 to 0.035 mm comes from a blown film machine: the SJ-A, or the mini machine for narrow film.
- Bags
The MFHQB seals and cuts it into T-shirt bags, two at a time, up to 350 per minute on each line.
- Recycling
Trim and rejected bags go to a single-stage or two-stage pelletizer and return to the extruder as pellets.
