Two-Stage Pelletizing Machine MF-90 / MF-120
A two-stage pelletizing machine, electrically controlled, with a main extruder and an auxiliary extruder, for recycling polyethylene and polypropylene film and filament waste. 150 or 200 kg/h.
Voltage and frequency built for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V · 50 or 60 Hz.

Two extruders, one after the other
The main extruder (95 or 120 mm screw) melts the waste. The melt then passes into the auxiliary extruder (80 or 90 mm), which carries it to the die. The material cutter then turns it into pellets.
It is built for PE and PP film and filament. The machine body has protective covers for safer operation and keeps a steady temperature.

Questions about the two-stage pelletizer
How is it different from the single-stage machine?
The two-stage machine has two extruders in series and makes 150 or 200 kg/h. The single-stage machine has one extruder and makes 70 to 100 kg/h.
Can I use the pellets in my blown film machine?
Yes, PE pellets can go back into the blown film machine. How much you can blend in depends on the film you make.
How much does a plastic pelletizing machine cost?
It depends on the model and on your material: the MF-90 makes 150 kg/h with a 22 kW main motor and the MF-120, 200 kg/h with 30 kW. Send us a photo of your film or filament waste and how many kilos you generate per day, and we send you a quotation within 24 hours.
How are plastic pellets made?
The waste is fed into the extruder, melted and filtered, pushed through a die into strands, cooled in water and cut into pellets. In a two-stage machine the melt passes through a second extruder before the die. See the full process in plastic recycling pelletizing.
Does the machine run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the model and configuration; we confirm it when you place the order.

- Waste
PE and PP film and filament waste. For mixed HDPE, LDPE and PP waste at lower volume, see the single-stage machine.
- Pellets
Two extruders in series melt the waste and the cutter turns it into pellets, 150 or 200 kg/h.
- Back to film
PE pellets go back into the blown film machine, such as the SJ-A or the MF-C. How much you can blend in depends on the film you make.
