Single-Stage Plastic Recycling Machine MF-B90 – MF-B120
A plastic recycling pelletizing machine for HDPE, LDPE and PP waste: one extruder with a motor-driven screen changer, cooling water tank and pellet cutter. Screws from 90 to 120 mm and 70 to 100 kg/h.
Voltage and frequency built for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V · 50 or 60 Hz.

Recycling in a single extruder
The waste enters the hopper and the screw melts it. A motor-driven screen changer filters the melt and lets you change the screen quickly. The strands leaving the die cool down in a water tank and the cutter turns them into pellets.
The cutter runs on an adjustable-speed motor synchronized with the extruder’s discharge speed, and temperature is controlled automatically.

Questions about the single-stage pelletizer
What materials can it recycle?
HDPE, LDPE and PP waste. If you mainly recycle film or filament, see also the two-stage pelletizer.
Can I use the pellets in my blown film machine?
Yes, PE pellets can go back into the blown film machine. How much you can blend in depends on the film you make.
How much does a plastic recycling machine cost?
It depends on the model and on your material. The MF-B90 to MF-B120 go from a 90 mm screw and 70 kg/h to a 120 mm screw and 100 kg/h. Send us a photo of your waste, the material and how many kilos you generate per day, and we send you a quotation within 24 hours.
What is a pelletizing machine?
It is an extruder that melts plastic waste and cuts it into pellets you can use again. In the MF-B the melt passes a screen changer, the strands cool in a water tank and a cutter turns them into pellets. Read more in plastic recycling pelletizing.
Does the machine run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the model and configuration; we confirm it when you place the order.

- Pellets
The MF-B90 to MF-B120 melt, filter and cut it into pellets, 70 to 100 kg/h.
- Back to film
PE pellets go back into the blown film machine, such as the SJ-A or the mini machine. How much you can blend in depends on the film you make.
