A 3-layer blown film machine: two extruders feed one die to form an A-B-A film, A outside, B in the middle, A inside. 110 to 150 kg per hour, with film from 600 to 1,400 mm wide.

Two extruders, three layers
In a single-layer machine all the material comes from one screw. The MF-ABA has two: extruder A forms the two outer layers and extruder B forms the middle layer. The die joins all three into one film.
Because the middle layer comes from its own extruder, it can carry a different blend from the outer layers. Tell us what you want to run in each layer and we will confirm the configuration.

Why choose the MF-ABA
Two extruders, one die
Two screws of 55, 60 or 65 mm run in parallel and feed the same 3-layer die.
Bimetallic screw and barrel
SACM-645 / 38CrMoAl steel on screw and barrel, with a 30:1 length-to-diameter ratio.
360° rotating die
The die rotates 360°, with a double-lip air ring of 800 to 1,200 mm depending on the model.
Optional equipment

Which MF-ABA model do you need?
All three models make the same 3-layer film. They differ in width and output:
Film for medium and wide bags.
More width and output with the same 3-layer structure.
The largest model in the series. It is 7.8 m high: check your ceiling height.

Questions about the MF-ABA
What does ABA mean?
It is the structure of the film: layer A outside, layer B in the middle and layer A inside. Both A layers come from the same extruder and the B layer from the second one.
ABA or single layer: which is right for me?
If you run a single blend today, a single-layer machine like the SJ-A is simpler. ABA makes sense when you want a different material in the middle layer. Tell us about your product and we will recommend.

What are the different types of blown film?
By structure, blown film is single-layer, made on one extruder like the SJ-A, or co-extruded in several layers, like the 3-layer ABA film of the MF-ABA. By material, bag film is mostly HDPE, LDPE or LLDPE.
Does the machine run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz.
What is the delivery time?
