Plastic Pelletizing Machine
Machines that turn polyethylene and polypropylene waste into pellets: single-stage for HDPE, LDPE and PP (70–100 kg/h) and two-stage for film and filament (150–200 kg/h).

| Series | Extruders | Material | Screw | Main motor | Output |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single-stage MF-B90 – MF-B120 | 1 | HDPE / LDPE / PP waste | Ø 90–120 mm | 22–45 kW | 70–100 kg/h |
| Two-stage MF-90 / MF-120 | 2 (main + auxiliary) | PE / PP film and filament | Ø 95 / 120 mm + Ø 80 / 90 mm | 22 / 30 kW | 150 / 200 kg/h |

Plastic granules making machine for your factory
The waste enters the extruder, the screw melts it and a screen changer filters the molten plastic. Several plastic strands leave the die, cool down in a water tank and a cutter turns them into pellets.
In a bag factory, trim and rejected bags can go back into the blown film machine as pellets, in the ratio your film allows.
Single-stage or two-stage. In a single-stage machine, one extruder melts and pushes the material. In a two-stage machine, the melt from the main extruder passes into a second, auxiliary extruder before the die.
Which pelletizer do you need?
It depends on the waste you will recycle and how many kilos per hour you need:
The single-stage pelletizer comes in four screw sizes, from 90 to 120 mm, with 70 to 100 kg/h.
The two-stage pelletizer works with two extruders and reaches 150 or 200 kg/h.
Send us a photo of your waste and how many kilos you generate per day; we will recommend the series and model.
Questions about plastic pelletizing machines
What materials do they recycle?
Polyethylene and polypropylene: the single-stage machine runs HDPE, LDPE and PP waste, and the two-stage machine runs PE and PP film and filament.
What is the difference between single-stage and two-stage?
A single-stage machine has one extruder. A two-stage machine has a main extruder and an auxiliary extruder: the melt passes from the first to the second before leaving the die.
Do they run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the model and configuration; we confirm it when you place the order.
