Plastic Bag Production Line
From resin to finished bag: the blown film machine, the bag making machine and the pelletizer that recycles the trim, from one manufacturer and with one sales contact.
Resin → film → bag, and the trim back to pellets.
That is how a bag factory works. We build all three machines in the process, so we can configure the complete line around the bag you want to sell.

Blown film machine
Melts the polyethylene resin and forms the film, which comes off in rolls.
See blown film machines →
Bag making machine
Takes the film roll, seals it and cuts it into finished bags.
See bag making machines →
Pelletizer (optional)
Turns trim and rejected bags into pellets that go back into the extruder.
See pelletizers →Which machines do you need?
Every line starts with a blown film machine and a bag making machine. The bag making machine depends on the bag:
Blown film machine + 2-line MFHQB or 4-line MF-SH bag making machine.
In all four cases you can add a pelletizer to recycle the trim. Tell us your bag sizes and how many you want to make per day, and we will propose the line configuration.

How to start a plastic bag manufacturing business
Before ordering machines, get five things clear:
- The bag and the customer
Which bag you will sell, to whom and in what sizes. That decides the bag making machine.
- The space
A building tall enough for the blown film tower. Every data sheet lists the machine’s dimensions.
- The power supply
Your country’s voltage and frequency; we configure every machine in the line the same way.
- The raw material
Polyethylene resin (HDPE, LDPE or LLDPE) and, if you recycle, your own pellets.
- The start-up
We support you by video call; a technician is also available to visit your plant.
What we offer with the line
- Line configuration based on your bag and output
- The same voltage and frequency on every machine
- One sales contact for the whole line: Mike Lin
- 12-month warranty (wear parts excluded)
- Remote video support for installation and start-up
- On-site technician available (travel costs paid by the buyer)
- Wear spare parts supplied with every machine
Questions about the plastic bag production line
What is the minimum number of machines?
To make bags from resin, two: a blown film machine and a bag making machine. The pelletizer is optional and recycles the trim.
Can I buy the machines in stages?
Yes. If you buy film on rolls today, you can start with the bag making machine alone and add the blown film machine and the pelletizer later.
How much space do I need?
It depends on the machines you choose. Every data sheet gives the machine’s length, width and height; with those figures we help you check whether the line fits your building.
Do the machines run on 60 Hz?
Yes. We configure voltage and frequency for your country: 220, 380 or 440 V, 50 or 60 Hz, the same across the whole line.
What is the delivery time?
It depends on the machines and configuration; we confirm it when you place the order.
